There are a lot of men out there who are unjustly judged by women to be total douche bags. But it’s hard to blame women for that. So many women in the world have fallen victims to the treacherous romantic games that a lot of these immature men play in dating and relationships. Sometimes, when someone gets used and abused way too much in a relationship, it can scar them for life. Here are the 8 signs that your man will never stop loving you
1. He commits to both you and your relationship.
He makes an effort to really commit to both you and the relationship. He proves to you that he isn’t interested in keeping his options open anymore. He isn’t playing it safe. He really wants to go all-in with you. He is sure about being with you and he doesn’t want to be entertaining any other possibility anymore.

2. He doesn’t ignore the issues in your relationship.
He never just walks away from fights and arguments. He doesn’t just take the problems that you have in a relationship and sweep them under a rug. He is always going to be willing to face the issues that you have head-on. He knows that this is the only way to really ensure the longevity of your romance.
3. He has great attention to detail.
He just really values even the little things in the relationship. He shows great attention to detail in that he doesn’t disregard the simple aspects of your lives together. He puts just as much importance in the little stuff as he does the big. He knows that there is value in every speck of effort that you put in the relationship.
4. He makes an effort to boost your confidence.
He is always in the business of boosting your self-confidence. He always wants to be making sure that your self-esteem is on point. He really loves you and he sees you as such a valuable person. And that’s why it’s very important to him that you are actually able to see yourself in the same light. Here is one of the crucial signs that he will never stop loving you
5. He takes on your problems as if they were his own.
He always tries his best to make your life as easy and as comfortable as possible. That’s why he is so willing to take on your problems as if they were his own. He doesn’t hesitate to help you overcome the challenges and problems that you have in life. And when you succeed, it brings him just as much as happiness as it does to you.
6. He makes you laugh.
He always has a way of just making things light and fun between the two of you. He never wants you to feel like he takes life too seriously. He doesn’t want to come off as someone who is too rigid; as a guy who doesn’t know how to have a good time. Ultimately, he still wants to have a lot of fun with you.
7. He always apologizes for his mistakes.
He is humble enough to come to terms with the fact that he isn’t perfect and that he makes a lot of mistakes in life. He always apologizes for those mistakes and he shows genuine remorse as well. He also tries his best to learn from his mistakes so that he never commits them again. Here is one of the crucial signs that he will never stop loving you
8. He stays patient and understanding with you.
He is always so patient with you whenever you screw up. He never tries to malign you or demean you. He doesn’t try to make you feel bad for your imperfections. He never guilt you for doing something wrong. He stays patient with you and he always tries to understand your situation. Here is one of the crucial signs that he will never stop loving you

The central American nation of Belize has benefited from a payout of its parametric excess rainfall policy, provided by the CCRIF SPC, after rains from tropical storms Amanda and Cristobal triggered its coverage.

The CCRIF SPC (formerly known as the Caribbean Catastrophic Risk Insurance Facility) has already made one payout to Guatemala after the rainfall from these two storm events.

The rainfall from the two tropical storms, Amanda and Cristobal, started on May 31st and fell for around nine days, causing widespread flooding and landslides across central America and parts of Mexico.

Originating as a Pacific side tropical storm named Amanda, the weather system made landfall and crossed the Central American region only to emerge over the Bay of Campeche and intensify back into an Atlantic side tropical storm, named Cristobal.

The resulting rainfall was extreme, with significant downpours hitting the region and Belize being one of the countries impacted.

The Government of Belize has received a US $203,136 payout under its excess rainfall (XSR) parametric insurance policy from the CCRIF.

This payout from rains from storms Amanda and Cristobal was made under Belize’s 2019/20 excess rainfall parametric insurance policy, the country has now renewed for policy year 2020/21.

This is the second payout that Belize has received from the CCRIF parametric coverage, having received US $261,073 following Tropical Cyclone Earl in 2016, money that the Government used for immediate clean-up and recovery purposes.

Since its inception in 2007, CCRIF has made a total of 43 payouts for 21 events (earthquakes, tropical cyclones, and excess rainfall events) to 14 member governments totalling US $155.8 million.

It is only through the pooling of risks, efficiencies gained in the reinsurance market and the use of parametric triggers that the CCRIF has become a key provider of disaster insurance for the Caribbean and Central American regions.

In Northgate Country Club Management, LLC v. Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company,1 the Honorable Sim Lake, Senior Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, reaffirmed this past week the critical rule that in a FEMA flood case, the requirement for a policyholder to file a proof of loss cannot be waived even by a carrier that participates in a claim. With the hurricane and tropical season upon us along the Gulf Coast, a reminder of this mandatory rule is relevant.
Northgate was a Hurricane Harvey flood suit and the facts were basically undisputed. Plaintiff’s policy was a standard flood insurance policy (“SFIP”) whose terms are promulgated by FEMA and published in the Federal Register. Such policies are technically issued by the National Flood Insurance Program (“NFIP”) and implemented by independent insurance companies. The policies’ main requirement regarding proof of loss is that they must be submitted by the homeowner within 60 days of loss and are a mandatory condition for the filing of any lawsuit for payment allegedly owed under the policy. In the wake of Hurricane Harvey, FEMA extended the 60-day deadline to 365 days. It is undisputed that Plaintiff failed to submit any proof of loss.
Interestingly, despite the failure of Plaintiff to provide a proof of loss, the insurance company, Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company (“Philadelphia”), acknowledged Plaintiff’s claim and assigned an independent adjuster to investigate. Philadelphia paid over a million dollars on the claim which was a shortfall of the actual payment by the remediation services. Plaintiff filed suit to obtain the difference between Philadelphia’s payment and the cost of the remediation services.
Shortly after suit was filed, Philadelphia filed a motion for summary judgment alleging that Plaintiff’s suit was barred because Plaintiff had failed to file the required proof of loss document. Plaintiff responded that: (1) FEMA had waived its requirement and (2) Philadelphia waived the requirement by processing its claim without a proof of loss. FEMA submitted press releases throughout this process about the 60-day and 365 day extension of proof of loss deadlines and statements to the effect that policyholders should continue to work with their individual insurance companies even after the one-year deadline had passed and that if a claim was submitted, NFIP would “pay all proved and agreed-to claims even after the passing of the deadlines.”2
The court found no waiver. The court held that neither the extension of the proof of loss deadline nor the foregoing statements by NFIP waived the proof of loss requirement. Likewise, the court found that Philadelphia had not waived the requirement even though it had investigated the claim and made a payment without a proof of loss from Plaintiff. The court based its holding on the fact that because NFIP is a federal program and its policies are verbatim quoted in the Federal Code, a policyholder like Plaintiff is presumed to know and is obligated to know what legal requirements are required when applying for payment. The court wrote:

The terms of the SFIP are dictated by FEMA and cannot be waived or modified by [the private carrier]. Because Defendant [Philadelphia] lacked the legal ability to waive the SFIP’s proof-of-loss requirement, Plaintiff cannot show waiver by pointing to Defendant’s conduct.
Articles VII(J) and VII(R) of the SFIP operate as a strict requirement that precludes suit if no proof of loss is submitted. Ferraro V. Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co., 796 F.3d 529, 532 (5th Cir. 2015) Because Plaintiff does not dispute that it failed to meet this requirement and its legal arguments as to waiver lack merit, the court will grant Defendant’s MSJ.

While capacity and the availability of it has been cited as a key driver of reinsurance rates in this current firming market environment, broker Guy Carpenter said it expects capacity will meet cedent needs at future renewals, as it saw it to in June this year.

Reinsurance broker Guy Carpenter says that the market continued to function well at the recent June 1st renewals.

While reports show that rates rose significantly, while anecdotal reports suggest numerous issues with filling programs and securing all the coverage that cedents needed, this wasn’t purely a capacity availability issue it seems.

Not every cedent secured the reinsurance protection they wanted in June, with numerous reports of shortfalls in program placements and now certain programs coming back to secure top-ups and features such as RPP’s, many had suggested that the denting of insurance-linked securities (ILS) capacity had been a reason for this.

But it seems that changed risk appetites of reinsurance capital providers in general and an elevation in the cost of reinsurance capital may have been more important drivers here, than any specific lack of capacity.

Ever since the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, we’ve reported that the cost of ILS and reinsurance capital has increased and return expectations have been raised.

This has been evidenced through the recent renewals, by the rate increases and also the shift back towards simpler and more transparent structures and away from aggregates and cascading program features.

Guy Carpenter said that, “While June 1 renewals were challenging, capacity ultimately came together to meet cedents’ needs and the market continued to function well.”

Also saying that, “Similar outcomes are expected at July 1, and looking further ahead to January 1, 2021.”

Which all suggests that the real issue that drove any shortfalls or perceived lack of capacity, is appetites, a realisation of the true value and cost of capital, as well as increased perception of risks and emphasis placed on cedent performance.

“The reinsurance sector has shown itself to be well versed at navigating market-changing events, and the overriding message following June 1 renewals is that the market remains well positioned to support insurers through the current period of uncertainty and volatility,” Guy Carpenter continued.

For the rest of this year though, the broker warns that loss activity and in particular the hurricane season could be a driver for reinsurance market dynamics at next years renewal.

On top of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, Guy Carpenter warns that any other major loss event could be enough to push 2020 towards being a year of record insurance industry losses.

That suggests a $150 billion to $160 billion loss year with just one major hurricane landfall, or other catastrophe loss in the region of $20 billion to $30 billion of insured losses.

With more capacity flowing into the market all the time, through capital raises, and new start-ups expected for the January 2021 renewals, the likelihood is that capacity will continue to be sufficient to meet the needs of renewing cedents.

Even if we do see a record year of insurance market losses, the effect this will have on firming rates should be sufficient to ensure the capital inflows increase as well, all of which suggests the market will remain able to service cedents protection needs, unless something particularly significant were to happen in the meantime.

The cost of third-party or insurance-linked securities (ILS) capital has risen, while its supply has been dented by the Covid-19 pandemic, according to RenaissanceRe, the Bermuda-headquartered reinsurance company and third-party capital manager.

In raising its recent equity round that amounted to as much as $1.125 billion, RenaissanceRe highlighted the state of the market and implied that the cost of third-party capital has risen thanks to the outbreak of the coronavirus.

Interestingly, one of the uses of the capital RenRe has raised could be in launching new joint venture vehicles, something we understand the re/insurer fields a lot of inbound enquiries on from capital market institutions and pensions.

But capital to fund ILS vehicles no longer comes at quite the low-cost it did over the last few years, now that investors return requirements have risen due to the volatility created by the pandemic.

Which could make raising third-party capital for ILS structures more challenging for a time, something borne out in the reinsurance sidecar market right now, as well as evidenced in some recent catastrophe bond issues.

RenRe explained, “As the COVID-19 pandemic continues and continues to create volatility in the financial markets, it is likely that the strain on financial markets will increase.

“In addition, access to public capital markets and private, third-party capital may become unavailable or constrained, or more expensive than in recent periods, or contain more onerous terms and conditions.”

Investors looking at ILS structures are certainly more demanding now, something that had been moving for a while, but that has now changed significantly just in the last few months on the back of the pandemic.

Increased reinsurance pricing can help though, as it is allowing those deploying ILS capital to add greater emphasis on terms, tightening them and ensuring coverage is more predictable as a result, with the increased reinsurance and retrocession rates providing some leeway for negotiation now.

When pricing hardens it allows terms to be reigned in, where perhaps they have been loosened too far in recent years. Providing a lever for negotiation, to ensure that investors in ILS get the right mix of returns and certainty, or at last a clearer understanding of where their capital is deployed and what exactly it is exposed to.

RenRe sees a significant shift in rates since the pandemic.

“The global COVID-19 pandemic has had immense impacts on a global scale, including on the insurance and reinsurance industries, where it has contributed to an accelerating hard market across property, casualty and specialty lines,” RenRe said.

Adding, “We believe that mid-year renewals reflected tightening conditions as industry participants assess the broad impacts and ongoing uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“As an organization, we believe that these market conditions have created significant opportunities in the lines of business that we write, and that we are well positioned to deploy capital in this environment to pursue superior returns for our shareholders.”

The acceleration in rates will help to offset some of the increase in costs (return requirements) of third-party capital, while also providing a buffering lever for negotiations on terms as well.

All of which means the market is right now in an opportune state for those able to raise third-party capital and to deploy it quickly, if the hurdle of more wary investors can be overcome.

While a wave of private equity interest is being seen in reinsurance right now, that too is coming with a higher cost attached.

Of course, one of the reasons third-party ILS capital in particular had already been increasing its return expectations prior to the pandemic outbreak, is that it had been dented by the catastrophe loss activity of recent years and remained so into 2020 due to continued trapped collateral issues.

RenRe believes ILS capital has now been dented further by the pandemic itself.

“The market has been impacted by a tightened supply of capital. Among other things, capital in the insurance-linked securities market, which we estimated had already declined to a degree over recent periods, has been further impacted by recent developments, further reducing supply, particularly in respect of certain regions and perils,” RenRe explained.

Which is potentially a key driver in the re/insurers desire to raise capital at this time, knowing that it has an opportunity to build more risk on its own balance-sheet, while also perhaps launching new third-party capital or joint-venture ILS vehicles to bring more third-party capital under its remit as well.

The upshot is that RenRe sees a significant opportunity for itself, to capitalise on the impacts to the broader ILS and reinsurance market, while also enabling itself as an even larger manager of third-party capital.

“We believe that the COVID-19 pandemic is accelerating the recent rate increases we have seen in many of the lines of business that we write,” the company said.

The rate momentum in reinsurance continued in June, RenRe said and it’s clear the company expects this trajectory will be sustained long enough for it to capitalise with its fresh capital raise and any more third-party capital it can collect from investors.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, vacation travel is bound to look different than usual. In the name of social distancing, that may mean trading a crowded airplane cabin for the adventure of a summer road trip. (That's one more reason to give your auto insurancea checkup, if it's been a while.)

Of course, the biggest sacrifice in traveling by car is the extra time it takes to arrive at your vacation destination. And everyone who’s been on a road trip knows passing the hours can be a struggle — especially if you have young children. So why not try some fun car games?

To help your family pass the time, here’s our list of 40 road trip games to play in the car. (Get creative… coming up with your own variations can be part of the fun!)

40 Fun Games to Play in the Car (for Kids and Adults)

Alphabet: We’ll start our list with the most ubiquitous of car travel games. To play, you begin with the letter A. Each passenger takes a turn finding something along the road (or inside the car) that begins with the chosen letter. Then, you move your way through the alphabet. The Q’s and Z’s may take some time, so it’s up to you whether to allow license plate numbers.

Categories: The principle of this game is simple, which means it can be endlessly modified. One person chooses a category — such as types of trees. Then, everyone in the car takes turns naming something that fits in the category. When a passenger is stumped (pun intended), the round is over.

Radio roulette: Test the knowledge of the audiophiles in your car by guessing song names on the radio. Just turn to a random station or put your phone on shuffle. Whoever shouts the name of the song first wins.

Truth or dare: This game is a car trip adaptation of a classic. Ask a question to a fellow passenger, then let them decide whether to tell the truth or complete a dare. Just make sure your dares can be safely performed in the car.

I spy: When you think of things to do on a long car ride, this game probably tops the list. Start by vaguely describing something you see — like, “I spy something yellow.†Then, let everyone else take turns asking yes or no questions until they can guess the object.

License plate game: There are a few car ride games you can play using the license plates of other vehicles on the road. Try finding plates that start with each letter of the alphabet. Or get creative by making up a phrase by using the plate letters as acronyms.

One-word story: Here’s a fun game to play in the car: Tell a story one word at a time, with each person adding a new word. Who knows where you’ll end up when it’s through.

Scavenger hunt: It takes a little planning, but a scavenger hunt can be one of the best road trip games for kids. Prepare a list of common things you may encounter on the road (or print a premade list off the internet). Then, encourage your family to check off each item as you spot it during your travels.

Rhyme: Test the vocabulary of your passengers with this game for the car. Start by having one person pick a word. Then, take turns saying words that rhyme with it. The first person to get stumped or repeat a word loses the round.

Celebrity: Who says there aren’t car games for adults? In this car driving game, one player starts by choosing a famous person to imitate (but shhh… don’t tell). Then, everyone else asks them questions. But here’s that catch — they have to answer the question as if they’re the celebrity. See how long it takes someone to guess the right answer.

Song lyrics: Here’s anotherfun road trip game for music lovers. Take turns reciting one line from a song. Then, see if others can guess the song name and artist.

Quiet game: Tired of crazy car games? This one could give you a little peace and quiet. See how long your passengers can stay silent. The first one to make a noise loses.

Movies: This is one of the best car games for movie lovers. First, name an actor. Then, the next person names a movie the actor has starred in. Here comes the twist: The next player has to name a co-star from the same movie. Then, name another movie they’ve appeared in. This one will get tricky, so see how far your crew can make it.

Slug bug/punch buggy: While Volkswagen has officially stopped making its famous Beetle, the road trip car games it inspired live on. This one’s pretty simple to play. Just yell out every time you see a VW Beetle. If you’d like, it can be accompanied by a friendly punch to your neighbor’s arm.

People watching: On a road trip, you may be driving beside the same cars for hours. Have some fun by making up a story about people in the vehicle next to you — the funnier, the better.

Never have I ever: Start by having everyone hold up five fingers. Now, take turns naming something you’ve never done. If someone else has done it, they put down a finger. The last person standing wins.

Rock paper scissors: Here’s a game to play in the car with kids that needs no explanation. Since it doesn’t take long to play, consider making it a backseat tournament.

Spelling bee: This may not fall into the category of cool car games, but it can be played by passengers of all ages. Say a word and let everyone try to spell it. Just be sure to have someone double-check the tough ones.

Car bingo: Hunting for things to do on a road trip? Look no further than car bingo. Create a bingo board with a different type of vehicle in each square. Then, see who can score bingo first by spotting convertibles, motorcycles and semitrucks.

While you were sleeping: Try to fool a snoozing passenger. When someone falls asleep, get everyone else to come up with a story together. When sleeping beauty awakes, explain all the exciting things they missed and see if you can get them to believe it.

21 questions: Think of something — anything. Then, give everyone a total of 21 questions to guess what it is.

Did you hear?: These road trip questions will test whether you can decipher between fact and fiction. Each player will ask a question starting with “did you hear.†Then, the other players have to decide whether it’s true or false.

Fortunately/unfortunately: To play this game, take turns alternating between fortunate and unfortunate situations. For example “Fortunately, I got a new puppy... unfortunately, it ran away.†Keep adding to the story until you end with one wild tale.

Alphabet categories: Choose a category, for example, types of food or breeds of dogs. Then, take turns listing items that fit your category in alphabetical order.

Name game: This car driving game is perfect for pop culture fans. Start by saying the first and last name of a famous person. Then, the next player names another celebrity whose name starts with the first letter of the prior person’s last name – like Lebron James and Jerry Seinfeld.

Battle of the bands: Pick a category, such as “songs about a city.†Then, have two people pick competing songs that fit the description. Play them both on the stereo and let the whole car vote for a winner.

In my suitcase: Here’s an idea for what to do on a long car ride. “I’m going on vacation and I packed an apple.†Now, the next person has to continue the packing list with something that starts with the letter B, while repeating the items before them. Work your way through the alphabet and test your memory.

What am I counting?: Choose something you see outside the car to start counting — but don’t tell anyone what it is. Count out loud and see how long it takes them to guess what you’re counting.

Hum that tune: This one’s harder than it sounds. Take turns humming a well-known song and see if anyone can guess it.

Sing-along string-along: Sing one line from a song. Then, the next person sings a line from another song that starts with the last word of the previous lyric.

Would you rather?: Give two options, for example: “If you had a superpower, would you rather fly or be invisible?†Start a lively discussion by hearing what everyone would choose.

License plate map: Print off a map of the United States and try to spot a license plate from every state.

Alphabet race: Shout out one letter of the alphabet. The first person to find a word starting with that letter wins.

Mad Libs: This game is a popular go-to when looking for things to do on a road trip. Choose words to fill in the blanks, then laugh at the silly stories you create.

Road sign bingo: You can find free versions of this driving game online. Before you leave home, print a bingo card off the internet. Then, try to find all the road signs on the card.

Explain a film plot badly: See how quick-witted your passengers are by giving alternate explanations of popular movie plots. Then, see if they can guess the film. For example, the original Star Wars saga could be described as “an absent father tries to get his son to join the family business.â€

Six degrees of separation: Of course, there’s the popular version connecting any actor to Kevin Bacon. But you can pick any two people in the world and try to connect them through six connections or less.

Guess the flavor: Choose a candy like jelly beans or fruit snacks and try to guess the right flavors in a blind taste test challenge.

Forbidden word: Select a commonly used word and make it forbidden to say in the car. The first person to accidentally use the word loses.

All about me: Want to play games to get to know someone better? Take turns saying something about yourself that no one else in the car knows.

The motor trade media is reporting news of busy forecourts, online car sales both new and used performing strongly and car prices on the increase. A number of retailers have indicated that they are likely to produce higher year on year trading figures for June 2020. However, the factors behind the buoyed performance will determine whether these results are sustainable in the longer term. We look into what might be driving these strong numbers? Customer Backlog
In England, car dealers returned their work palces on June 1st. Many were met by 10 weeks of pent-up demand that had built during lockdown. Enquiries that had been received during that stressful and frustrating period could now be converted into sales. Though this factor will hato ve had less of an impact on those dealers that managed to continue trading remotely during lockdown via a click and collect service.
By all accounts online car advertising sites are experiencing exceptionally high visitor rates with the like of eBay motors, What Car and Auto Trader stating that demand from consumers is strong. Auto Trader has revealed that used car leads have increased a whopping 95% compared to 2019’s levels. This level of boom would indicate that we’re not going to see a bust happening in the immediate future.
Deferred New Car Registrations
Though many new car registrations have been deferred from April and May and are now being completed in the month of June. So this could be inflating the new market figures upwards somewhat.
Cramped Carriages and Busy Buses
The increased demand could be the result of high volumes of new buyers entering the market seeking a used car as an alternative to taking public transport. Therefore, an unexpected beneficial outcome of the pandemic, which virtually crippled the industry during lockdown, could be a glut of sales enquiries from a fearful segment of the commuter market. Perhaps people have been using money received from cancelled trips abroad to fund the purchases?
PCP Renewals
As with the new car registrations, there will have been a large number of customers whose PCP expired during the restricted period. Due to the fact they wouldn’t have been able to use a new vehicle and weren’t keen on purchasing off screen without a test drive, a large proportion of these consumers will probably have held off purchasing a replacement. Now all those customers are looking to renew their cars and in doing so are perhaps helping to boost June’s sales figures in a manner that won’t prove sustainable.
Brexit Backdrop
It’s easy to overlook the fact that before Covid-19 struck the motor trade market was in self-declared turmoil due to potential issues caused by the ongoing Brexit negotiations. As a result June 2019 was by no means a stellar month of trading to compare against and that may be making this year’s results look more positive.
Regardless of all these explanations, from a very bleak outlook for the industry based on performance from March to May, June could actually turn out to be a respectable month in terms of sales for many motor traders. However, 1 in 6 automotive jobs remain at risk potentially of redundancy when the job retention scheme comes to an end according to the SMMT. So, the question now is how long will this first flush of enthusiasm last? Will the initial rally fade fast as 10 weeks’ worth of sales have been shoe horned into one month or will July onwards confound the neigh-sayers and continue in a rich vein?
A lot will also depend on: how quickly the remaining lockdown measures are relaxed, if the country endures a second spike on Covid-19 cases and if the gradual winding down of the furlough funding scheme leads to unemployment numbers spiralling followed by a deep, dark recession. With so much uncertainty we shall be concentrating on the positives whilst hoping for a strong and sustained recovery.
The pilot scheme introduces a feature that allows vehicles to be booked for multiple destinations during a set period of time and within a limited mileage range.

Currently Uber set fares in most territories that it operates based on the level of demand and the distance travelled. It is said that the new functionality is aimed at helping people to complete essential trips during the coronavirus pandemic. The development is a reaction to passengers requesting an option that reduced their exposure to numerous drivers and vehicles.

The option is expected to be selected by those wishing to make journeys to collect food, medical supplies ad attending appointments. Passengers can make as many stops within the set time and mileage restrictions as it is possible to complete. Uber suffered a reduction in turnover of 80% at the height of the crisis but has indicated that journey volumes are steadily increasing. This move is likely to be an attempt to accelerate that recovery.

The innovation is a step away from its current model in the USA and is more akin to an exclusive booking made to secure the services of a chauffeur. However it is already available on their platform in locations across Australia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe. No doubt if this hourly booking trial in 12 American cities proves successful we can expect to see the firm consider widening its reach and potentially it could be introduced to these shores in the near future.

The current pricing is a set fee of $50 per hour for up to 40 miles per hour. At the moment UK passengers can only select to add up to 2 additional stops to their original destination.

These restrictions are intended to promote social distancing, reduce physical contact and encourage people to stay home as much as possible.

However, the Government confirmed that many construction related projects are essential services, including: critical maintenance, building safety inspections and emergency repairs. With this in mind, construction businesses continue to operate, as long as they implement a variety of site procedures to protect their employees and minimise the risk of spreading COVID-19.

If your construction business fails to comply with these procedures, the government could require you to shut down.

We have the following guidance, which can help ensure your business is meeting site standards, keeping employees healthy, and promoting continued operations during these unprecedented times.

Site Access Points

In regards to controlling your construction site’s access points, be sure to consider the following measures:

• Reduce traffic on site

Firstly, you should consider prohibiting entry for any non-essential visitors. In addition, utilise staggered start and finish times for your workers to limit site congestion and physical contact.

Also, consider restricting the number of people in attendance at any site inductions, and consider holding them outdoors whenever practicable.

• Social distancing Practises

You should consistently monitor site access points to ensure social distancing guidelines are being adhered to. This could mean changing the number of available access points on-site.

When employees are waiting to enter the worksite, encourage them to keep 2-3 metres of distance between one another as much as possible. If any work, procedure requires the use of a vehicle (e.g. a forklift) on-site, have the driver remain inside the vehicle as much as possible —if the load will allow it. This will reduce physical contact between staff.

• Make Sanitation a Priority

Ensure employees wash their hands before entering and exiting the worksite, as well as before and after handling all materials, goods and equipment.

Set up cleaning routines, for any common contact surfaces on-site (e.g. scanners, turnstiles, screens, telephones and desks).

Lastly, be sure to temporarily remove or disable any site entry systems that require skin contact where possible, such as fingerprint scanners

Eating Arrangements and Onsite Canteens

Construction sites are usually required to provide employees with a means of heating food and making hot drinks (e.g. kettles and microwaves), the Government confirmed that these exceptional circumstances call for such equipment to be removed from worksites where it is not possible to keep the equipment sanitised at all times.

In addition, employees are not allowed to leave the worksite to eat during this time; they should be required to bring pre-prepared meals and reusable drinking bottles from home. Apart from these changes, you should make sure you promote the following eating and canteen arrangements onsite:

• Keep it hygienic

Only allow employees to eat in selected areas and provide hand-cleaning facilities or hand sanitiser stations at the entrance of any area where workers are eating, You should also require employees to clean their hands before and after eating.

All eating areas need to be cleaned after each break and shift, and this includes chairs, door handles, vending machines and payment devices.

If you provide a drinking water stations, ensure you implement enhanced cleaning measures to keep the tap sanitised.

Finally, instruct employees to put their rubbish in the bin straight away and not leave it for someone else to clean up.

• Limit physical contact

Try to stagger break times to reduce overcrowding and physical contact in eating areas. Ensure workers keep to at least 2-3 metres of distance between one another while eating.

• External Catered food

If your site has food catering for your employees, use extreme caution.

Only allow pre-prepared and wrapped food, and try not to use eating or drinking utensils from the caterer. When paying for food, use a contactless payment system as much as possible.

Welfare Amenities

Ensure your site offers the following welfare facilities as standard on your worksite:

• Toilet facilities

Try to restrict the number of employees permitted to use the toilet facilities at any one time, and ensure employees wash their hands before and after using the toilet.

Provide adequate rubbish bins for hand towels, and conduct routine clearances. Be sure enhance any cleaning regimes for all toilet facilities. Specifically focusing on door handles, locks and flush systems. Lastly, where possible try to avoid using portable toilets on-site.

• Changing facilities and shower rooms

Comparable to toilet facility standards, be sure to limit the number of employees using each facility and ensure adequate rubbish bins and removal processes are in place.

In addition, consider staggering start and finish times for employees to further limit facility crowding, and consider increasing the number of facilities available on-site to help reduce physical contact with staff.

Travelling to and from Sites

Where possible, try to encourage employees to travel alone, using their own personal means of transport. If employees usually use public transport to get to work, they should consider walking or cycling if this feasible.

Be sure you have suitable arrangements on-site for parking cars and bicycles in a way that limits physical contact between staff. Also, offer handwashing facilities or hand sanitiser at all site entrances and exits. Lastly, make sure you consider how if an employee falls ill on-site, how would they return home?

Some General Best Practices

Apart from these specific topics, you should also consider the following practices on your worksite:

• Avoid close working

Any non-essential work that requires very close contact between employees should be postponed. Further, all work and meetings should be planned to reduce contact between staff.

Reusable personal protective equipment (PPE) must be cleaned after each use, and not shared. Any single-use PPE should be disposed of immediately after use. Try avoiding the use hoists or lifts when possible, but if they must be used, lower their capacity to reduce congestion and frequently clean all touchpoints.

• Prioritise handwashing

You should promote regular handwashing on-site by offering a variety of handwashing stations with adequate soap and fresh water. Alternatively provide hand sanitiser stations when fresh water is not available.

Regularly clean the handwashing and sanitising stations, and replenish the soap and sanitiser as required.

It is essential that you provide them with guidance regarding new practices and procedures being implemented to ensure the health and safety of both themselves and your employees.

Advice to Minimise Contact

One of the simplest and most effective ways of minimising the potential spread of germs and diseases such as COVID-19, is to limit contact between people as much as possible. Prior to this pandemic, these types of procedures may not have been on anyone’s mind, but as we attempt to get back to a “new normal”, adhering to basic precautions will be key to achieving this.

To minimise the amount of contact at your business you could look at the following steps:

• Outline the number of customers or clients that can reasonably fit on your premises, including outdoor areas, while also following the current social distancing guidelines. Take into account total floor space, as well as likely pinch points and busy areas. Whilst also considering how interactions will take place within these confines?

• Limit the number of customers in your business, and display this total before allowing them into the area.

• Encourage customers and staff to use hand sanitiser or handwashing facilities as they enter the premises and ensure there is signage promoting this throughout.

• Discourage customers from unnecessary handling or touching products while onsite.

• Suspend or reduce areas of the business in which it will be difficult to maintain social distancing guidelines.

• Encourage customers to attend alone, unless they require specific assistance.

• Remind customers who may have children with them, that they are responsible for supervising them at all times and that they must follow social distancing guidelines.

• Observe how customers and clients navigate the premises, and be prepared to adjust traffic flow to reduce congestion and contact.

• Ensure any changes to entrances and exits take into account adjustments for those who need them, including people with disabilities.

• Where possible provide additional parking or facilities, such as securable bike racks, in order to help staff and customers avoid using public transport.

• Utilise any outside areas where possible, as this will help expand the size of your operation, allowing for distancing measures.

• Remember to work with local authorities and/or your landlord to anticipate the effects of any of your outside processes, such as queues, in public spaces.

• If you operate a shopping centre, remember it is your responsibility to regulate the number of customers in the centre and the queuing process in communal areas on behalf of your tenants.

• Try to work with neighbouring businesses to consider methods by which you may be able to spread the number of customers arriving throughout the day, such as by staggering opening hours.

How to Provide Guidance

In addition to implementing new safety measures, another key step to providing a safe atmosphere for your customers and staff is to ensure you communicate and explain these changes.

Any precautions and procedures that you implement may lack effectiveness, if customers and staff, are not properly instructed.

Therefore, it is important that everyone understands your safety measures, and how they should follow them, by taking the following steps:

• You should give clear guidance on social distancing and hygiene to each customer upon arrival, such as by using signs and visual aids.

• You should provide written or spoken communication of the latest guidelines to customers both inside and outside of your business. Be sure to consider the particular needs of those with protected characteristics, such as those who are visually impaired or hard of hearing.

• Consider creating and training social distancing champions within your business to demonstrate social distancing guidelines to customers.

• Ensure that your current guidelines are visible throughout all areas of the business.

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, many will be excited by the prospect of getting back to normal, but patience and proper precautions will be of paramount importance.

The sight of customers returning to your business is a welcome one, but it is up to you to ensure that everyone is as safe as possible.

So how can you remain on good terms with your tenant in challenging times and still get paid?

As a landlord it is important to maintain strong working relations with your tenants. Investing time and the money required to build a rapport with your tenants can be the difference between harmoniously discussing and settling differences and a costly legal action.

Working on this relationship also creates value by maximising tenant cooperation with timely rent payments, property upkeep and longer terms.

We offer some helpful advice to how to have a good landlord and tenant relationship.

Selecting Potential Tenants

First things first, it may be tempting to get a vacant property filled as soon as possible. But conducting extensive due diligence via referencing on prospective tenants is always a very wise way to ensure a mutually successful experience for you and the applicant, and it is an effective risk management tool.

Tenant referencing can present some costs, but the risk of not performing them on tenants could have serious financial consequences via significant lost rental income, property damage and litigation costs.

Elements of a comprehensive tenant referencing include a credit check, previous landlord verification, identity verification and credit verification. These processes can be outsourced to agents for a relatively small fee or you may wish to condut them yourself, either way they’re vitally important. You may even want to meet in person to ensure that you get a good feel for the potential tennant.

Ensuring you have a well-sourced occupant can lead to a lasting and prosperous tenant and landlord relationship. In times like we are now facing with the COVID-19 pandemic, it will allow you to be more accommodating towards your tenants circumstances.

Maintain Your Property

Taking measures to maintain your property sends a powerful message to your tenants. It proves that you take your role as a building manager seriously, and it encourages your tenant to take pride in the condition of their rented space. It should also help bolster relationships and lessen the probability that they take legal action in the event of an incident or dispute.

You can take these steps to prepare for maintenance issues:

• Ensure you have established procedures for dealing with maintenance requests that guarantees a prompt service to your tenant.

• If you have a property with shared spaces. Ensure you communicate and enforce policies regarding them, such as non-smoking.

Security and Safety Measures

Although you might not be expected to guarantee the safety of your tenants, visitors or guests, as a landlord, you must exercise reasonable care to protect them from any foreseeable events.

Having security measures in place will make tenants feel safe, benefiting your relationship with them and lowering the likelihood of a legal action. Adhering to best practice in terms of security can also help lower your insurance premiums.

Caring Customer Service

As a landlord providing customer service to your tenants can be overlooked. However, taking steps to make your tenants feel valued will help to create a cooperative relationship. By offering small gestures in the following ways you can improve your tenant relationships:

• Being prompt, and provide polite responses to requests

• Offer support during moves

• Provide reasonable help during difficult times – for example in the current climate if possible you may wish to consinder offering: rent deferrals, temporary reductions or permission to sub-let etc

• Clearly outline policies and swiftly enforce them

These may seem costly right now but helping to ensure that your premises continue to be rented in the longer term should prove more beneficial in the longer term.

And Should the Worst Happen?

Even with a positive landlord and tenant relationship, there can be potential exposures that must be addressed. Therefore, to protect you and your tenant, against these risks, you should consider a well priced property and liability insurance policy tailored for your needs.

You are so used to having guys come up to you and flirt with you without even really having any intention of falling in love with you. And you’re tired of it. You’re sick of getting your hopes up for these kinds of men who just give you nothing to hold on to. These are the kinds of men who shouldn’t even really be worth your time anymore.

The good thing is that you don’t have to put up with these kinds of men for too long. You can spot them early on and know if they’re just playing you by seeking out the signs. And if you see that they’re just playing you, after all, there’s one thing that you can do to fix the whole situation.

1. He doesn’t open up to you about his inner thoughts and feelings.

He doesn’t want to open himself up to you because he refuses to give you that power. He doesn’t see you as the kind of girl who is worth being vulnerable.

2. He keeps getting tangled in his web of lies.

He lies to you. He doesn’t respect you enough to tell you the truth. He keeps on lying to get himself out of trouble – and you just let him do it over and over again.

3. He always cancels on you in favor of his friends.

He makes it clear to you that you don’t matter much to him. Even if you made plans to hang together, he would willingly cancel on you just to be with his friends.

4. He doesn’t make you feel like he prioritizes you at all.

He always lets you take a backseat to your relationship. He doesn’t do or say anything that makes you feel valued or appreciated. He doesn’t show you any sense of gratitude at all.

5. He doesn’t keep his promises or follow up on what he says he’ll do.

His word means nothing. You can’t rely on anything that comes out of his mouth. He is going to promise you one thing, and he isn’t going to deliver on it at all. He isn’t a guy who you can consider to be reliable.

6. He puts his needs above your own all the time.

If a man were earnest about being with you, he would cease being selfish, and he would take your needs and expectations into consideration as well. But he isn’t like that. He doesn’t care much about your needs.

7. He goes out of his way to hide your relationship from the world.

He still wants to present himself as an eligible bachelor. He doesn’t want the world to know that he’s off the market. And that’s why he wants to hide your relationship as much as possible.

8. He openly flirts with other girls even when he says he’s committed to you.

He doesn’t care about the negative impact that his words and actions can have on you. He willingly flirts with other girls to try his luck even if it hurts you.

9. He leeches money and resources off you.

He is using you for whatever reason other than love. He uses you as a personal ATM. He uses you for your connections. He’s using you as if you’re a mere object.

10. He never opens up about the future of your relationship.

He doesn’t open up about the future of your relationship because he sees that there isn’t even really any future to talk about.

11. He acts hot and cold with you.

He doesn’t give you the kind of consistency that you expect from a man in a relationship. He is kind to you long enough to keep you hooked, but then he turns around, and he acts like a complete douchebag.

What you can do about it:

Just give him an ultimatum. Let him know that you’re on to his games. Tell him that you can see right through him and let him know that you’re not willing to put up with any of it. Give him a piece of your mind. Let him have it. Tell him that if he’s not willing to clean up his act and change his ways, then you’re going to leave him – because you would have no problems replacing him with someone who is going to love you the way that you’re supposed to be loved in the first place. Give him a chance. Allow him to change. And if he chooses not to take you up on that chance, then walk away. Leave him in the dust. A guy like that doesn’t deserve a great girl like you anyway.

Ho cominciato l’allattamento misto (latte materno e artificiale) dopo circa quattro mesi e ho continuato ad allattare fino all’ottavo mese.

<img alt="Chaneen: “Sono ricca. Ho latte in abbondanza.

I'm not sure if this is what Amazon meant when they named their latest promotion The Big Style Sale, but in terms of selection, it really is big. So much so that, even with all my experience in the field of online shopping, narrowing down an edit of the absolute best marked-down basics from the sale took me longer than I'd like to admit—and it's not just because I'm annoyingly picky (though that may have had something to do with it).
Nonetheless, I got it done, and I'm pleased to say that of the 29 finds you're about to see below, each one is really better than the next. From shorts to swimsuits to sandals, I've got you covered on not just the most important summer basics worth owning right now, but they're some of the coolest and most affordable versions out there, too. Havingsimple style is a great thing. It allows you to get less distracted by frivolous trends and focus more on quality basics. As someone who is still learning how to appreciate the basics in my wardrobe, one area that I certainly tend to neglect is investing in swimsuits that will still be relevant for more than one season. Buying timeless and simple swimsuits is just wise and in an effort to grow in that area of sartorial wisdom, I shopped out the best 23 simple swimsuits for not only myself but for those of you who have that more minimalistic style that I am currently craving.
Whether you are more of a one-piece or bikini person yourself, I have included styles aplenty for you here. Yes, you will see a large handful of neutral hues like blacks and whites, but there are also some surprises as well, because if you ask me, having simple style doesn't mean your attire has to be boring or lack color, and the swimsuits ahead will prove exactly that.

It's hard to say when the day will come that we're all used to wearing face masks, but based on my experience, we're not there yet. They can be very awkward and uncomfortable, but they're also essential when going out in public, so I'm here to give some advice. We're in it for the long haul, after all. With just a couple months of mask-wearing under my belt, I'm no expert, but I've had my share of trial and error, as I'm sure we all have. I've also read just about every article aboutmasks that I come across, so I think I've gathered enough information at this point to be able to share some dos and don'ts.
Aside from the obvious mask-wearing rules, like making sure your mask covers from below your chin to above your nose and avoiding touching your face to adjust your mask, there are quite a few other mistakes that are easy to make while wearing one, so let's discuss. Keep scrolling for the eight face-mask mistakes I made, and shop some of my favorite protective face masks while you're at it.

I have a denim face mask, which is very stylish and protective since it's quite thick, but I quickly realized that it's far too thick to wear in the summer. It's a fine balance because you want something that's thick enough to be effective, but if it's suffocating you, you'll be tempted to take it off. Take my advice and look for masks that are made of breathable materials that you can handle wearing for long periods of time in the summer, like cotton poplin or double layers of knit.
A subtle reminder to others to keep their distance.
These are great because they fit behind your ears and are adjustable.
What a deal.

As someone with a face that's on the smaller side, I've been having a lot of trouble finding masks that don't gap and fall down my face. I've tried folding them and knotting the ear straps, but the results usually aren't great. For that reason, I've been shopping for ones that either tie at the neck, list their measurements, or have adjustable ear straps.

It's inevitable that your mask is going to get makeup on it (if you wear makeup), but it's really a recipe for disaster if you're wearing a light-colored mask with pretty much any shade of lipstick. My advice is to wear a lip stain to minimize that, or choose a dark-colored face mask that day.
For those days when you're feeling sporty.
These classic masks go with everything.
Ten percent of sales for Everlane's new masks go to the ACLU.

I realize this is contradictory since I just recommended a mask that ties if your face is on the smaller side, but on days when I know I'm going to be taking it on and off repeatedly (e.g., when I'm driving around running errands), I opt for one that I can just slip behind my ears. Trust me—it'll make your life much easier.
Match your mask to your scrunchie because why not?
This one sums up what we're all feeling.
I love the contrasting straps on this one.
Similar to my tip about not wearing a mask that ties when you're taking it on and off a lot, another thing to think about is storage when you're not wearing it. The last thing you want to do it toss it onto a table or in your handbag with your keys and such, and you certainly don't want to accidentally drop it anywhere, so I advise carrying a plastic bag or envelope to store it in, or even better, opt for one of these chic sunglass chains. (I also love these mask chains from Donni.)

This obviously isn't a life-or-death mistake, but since it covers half of your face, your mask is the first thing people will notice about you when wearing one, so you might as well embrace having a new accessory and opt for one that you actually look forward to wearing (as much as possible, that is) and that complements your wardrobe.
I love that this is adjustable, and it comes with a carrying pouch.
Proof that masks can be beautiful.
Can't go wrong with animal print (depending on where you're going, that is).

Even if you're not leaving the house every day anymore, you're probably going to need more than a few masks unless you like doing laundry every few days. You shouldn't wear a dirty mask for obvious reasons, so stock up on enough to get you through a week, at least.
A no-frills, economical option via Nordstrom.
These navy masks have a crisp nautical look.

As you've probably realized by now, masks trap moisture (aka, humidity and sweat) on your skin, which isn't doing it any favors. There's not a whole lot you can do to avoid that, but opting for lightweight, non-dewy makeup can definitely help. Plus, having an acne-banishing face mask (the other kind) on hand is a good idea.
I love this brand's hand-dyed masks so much I almost don't want to tell anyone about them out of fear they'll sell out.
These come in six different shades of tie-dye, so good luck deciding.
Madewell's masks keep selling out, so don't hesitate.

As a fashion editor, I'm acutely aware of all the current trends on the scene and have basically made it a pastime of mine to uncover emerging micro-trends about to make it big next. Since I spend so much of my time trendspotting and reporting onthe styles that are in and out, I tend to rack up a massive shopping list for all the holes in my own closet. At the start of each new season, I keep a running tab of all the pieces I want to add to my wardrobe to nail each of the overarching trends I'm seeing.

On my list of trendy summer clothes for 2020 are items such as long shorts, crafty jewelry, and wide-leg jeans (just to name a few) that represent each of the larger trends I want to test out myself. By keeping a list like this, I'm able to avoid making impulsive purchases and ensure that each item I add to my virtual shopping cart is one that I'll be satisfied within several months' time.

Name a better summer jean, I dare you.
To give all my outfits that subtle '90s vibe.
I'm craving a tie-up top, and I just can't resist this affordable one.
Weird—these look way more expensive than $55.
Pro tip: Order one size up for an oversize look.
I've never met an underwire bikini I didn't like.
The ring details give off a cool retro vibe.
I just ordered these for workouts (and let's be honest, for non-workout days too).
A white dress is always on my shopping list for summer and I can confirm the fit on this one is amazing.
The croc effect on these really elevates this sporty pair.
Tank tops are great and all, but I'm team bodysuit. You can't beat the perfect tucked-in situation.
This length feels so wearable.
I've had my eye on this pretty necklace for longer than I care to admit, so I think I need to make it mine already.
Might have to cop the matching shorts, too, if we're being honest.
I like my sunglasses a bit trendy but not too trendy.
For when my plain tanks feel too plain, this pretty smocked one will come in clutch.
If I'm being honest, bike shorts are the majority of what I'm wearing right now, so I could use a fresh pair.
I want in on the house-dress trend.
I love an item that give you an outfit idea along with it.
So much chicer than regular flip-flops.
